Flo-Finder Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

Definitions

“Member”: a healthcare professional registered with Gogoflo

“Flo-Finder”: a Member who refers another healthcare professional to Gogoflo

“Referee”: the healthcare professional referred by the Flo-Finder

“Flo-Finder’s Fee”: the commission paid by Gogoflo to the Flo-Finder for a successful referral

“Flo-Finder Champion”: a Flo-Finder who makes 30 or more referrals of healthcare professionals to Gogoflo

“Shift”: a period of duty worked by a Member

“Gogoflo Staff Handbook”: the terms and conditions and policies and procedures for Gogoflo Members

Eligibility

Flo-Finder is a referral scheme introduced by Gogoflo as a method of incentivising Members to encourage other healthcare professionals to join Gogoflo.

Only fully registered Members (those that have successfully completed the registration process, including all pre-employment checks, an interview, have been issued with their uniform and have been granted access to the main shift booking platform) are eligible to participate in the Flo-Finder scheme.

Members who are still undergoing the registration process are entitled to refer a friend, but such referrals will not be rewarded by Gogoflo, will not be covered by the Flo-Finder scheme and will not be recorded on the system.

Making a referral

A referral must be made through the Flo-Finder page on the app or dashboard.

For a referral to be made, the Flo-Finder must enter the name, phone number and/or email address of the Referee onto the Flo-Finder system and submit this information to Gogoflo.

When the details of a Referee are submitted, the system will automatically send a generated SMS and/or email from Gogoflo to the Referee.

The SMS and/or email is pre-generated and contains a generic link and message that directs the Referee to www.gogoflo.com, where they can sign up.

The SMS and/or email is sent at no cost to the Flo-Finder or the Referee.

The SMS and/or email contains no specific referral code or link that the Referee must use for the referral to be recorded or attributed to the Flo-Finder.

The Referee must sign up using the Gogoflo app or dashboard using their email address and phone number.

The Referee must use the same email address and/or phone number provided to the Flo-Finder when signing up for the referral to be classed as a valid referral.

If the Referee uses a phone number or email address that was not provided to the Flo-Finder, then the referral will not constitute a valid referral.

If details of a Referee have previously been entered into the system by another Flo-Finder, then the earliest recorded referral will take precedence and the referral will be attributed to the Flo-Finder who first entered the Referee’s details on the Gogoflo system.

Flo-Finder’s Fee

The Flo-Finder’s Fee is a commission paid in pounds sterling.

A Flo-Finder’s Fee is awarded to a Flo-Finder upon completion of every Shift by the Referee.

The Shift must be at least 4 hours in length (excluding a break) for it to be valid.

A Shift must be completed by the Referee and authorised by the client for it to be valid.

A cancelled Shift will not be valid.

The Flo-Finder’s Fee will be a set amount dependent upon the Referee’s Cloud Group:

  • Cloud Nurse/Cloud AHP/Cloud Pharmacist = £1
  • Cloud Locum/Cloud GP = £2

The Flo-Finder’s Fee awarded will be recorded on the Flo-Finder’s record at the end of every Shift completed by the Referee.

Payment

The Flo-Finder’s Fees awarded will be aggregated each month, starting on the first day of each month.

For the aggregated Flo-Finder’s Fee to be processed, the Flo-Finder must have worked at least one Shift during the same month of the accumulation.

If the Flo-Finder has not worked one Shift during the month, then the Flo-Finder forfeits the Flo-Finder’s Fees for that month and no Flo-Finder Fee payment will be made.

Flo-Finder’s Fees aggregated during the month will be processed for payment on the first business day of the following month.

The specific date of payment for a Flo-Finder’s Fee processed on the first business day of the following month will vary:

  • if first business day of the month is a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, then it will be paid on the next Friday;
  • if the first business day of the month is a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, then it will be paid on the second Friday of the month.

All Flo-Finder’s Fees will be processed using the same payment method/bank as wages and will therefore have the same deductions (e.g. income tax, National Insurance, pension), where applicable.

Flo-Finder Champions

A Flo-Finder becomes a Flo-Finder Champion when they make their thirtieth successful referral.

A successful referral is when a Referee completes full registration with Gogoflo (i.e. they have successfully completed the registration process, including all pre-employment checks, an interview, have been issued with their uniform and have been granted access to the main shift booking platform).

For Flo-Finder Champions, the Flo-Finder’s Fee issued upon completion of a Shift by a Referee is increased as follows:

  • Cloud Nurse/Cloud AHP/Cloud Pharmacist = £2
  • Cloud Locum/Cloud GP = £4

All other terms and conditions apply and remain unchanged.

General

There is no limit to the number of referrals a Flo-Finder or Flo-Finder Champion can make.

A link between a Flo-Finder and the Referee will remain on the system while either party is registered with Gogoflo.

Flo-Finder’s Fees will only be paid while the Flo-Finder is registered with Gogoflo.

If a Flo-Finder is removed from the Gogoflo register for any reason (such as resignation or termination due to disciplinary), then any referrals made will be forfeited.

If a Flo-Finder re-joins Gogoflo at a later date, then they must start the Flo-Finder scheme from the start – any previous referrals will be forfeited.

If a Flo-Finder’s Fee cannot be paid to the Flo-Finder due to invalid payment details, then Gogoflo will contact the Flo-Finder within 24 hours informing them.

The Flo-Finder will have 7 working days in which to rectify the invalid payment details and inform Gogoflo.

Failure to rectify the invalid payment details will result in the Flo-Finder’s Fees due, to be forfeited.

If a Referee is removed from the Gogoflo register, then no further Flo-Finder’s Fees will be earned from this referral.

Gogoflo will not notify a Flo Finder if a Referee becomes inactive, is removed from the register or terminates their employment.

Gogoflo reserves the right to amend the Flo-Finder’s Fees at any time.

This is a reward scheme and any Flo-Finder’s Fee taken is not done so at the deprivation of either our clients or our members.

Any Flo-Finder’s Fee remains the property of Gogoflo until transferred into the bank of the Flo-Finder.

Gogoflo reserves the right to not pay any Flo-Finder’s Fee if either the Flo-Finder and/or the Referee fails to abide by any part of the Gogoflo Staff Handbook.
